What is a cooling dry SPF oil and when should it be used?
CoolAdapt Active Relief Dry Oil SPF 50 is a water-free oil-based SPF formulation with an intense refreshing effect. It is designed for situations when the skin needs not only protection against UV radiation, but also an immediate feeling of freshness - during sports, in high temperatures, at the beach or during longer stays outdoors. The dry oil texture absorbs quickly and does not leave an unpleasant greasy film.

Why does this product not contain zinc oxide?
CoolAdapt Active Relief Dry Oil SPF 50 is a water-free oil-based formulation. Mineral zinc oxide is technologically challenging to disperse stably in this type of product and could significantly affect the texture and comfort during application. During the development of SPF 50, a combination of modern photostable next-generation organic UV filters was therefore selected, allowing very high UV protection to be achieved while maintaining a lightweight oil texture without a heavy film. The main focus was placed on safety, functionality and skin comfort during everyday use.

Which UV filters does the product contain?
The product contains a combination of three next-generation photostable UV filters:
• Tinosorb S (Bis-Ethylhexyloxyphenol Methoxyphenyl Triazine) – broad-spectrum UVA and UVB protection
• Uvinul A Plus (Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate) – protection against UVA1 radiation
• Uvinul T150 (Ethylhexyl Triazone) – high UVB protection
The filters were selected with an emphasis on high photostability, reliable protection and comfort during everyday use.
The product does not contain oxybenzone, octinoxate or other controversial older-generation UV filters.

How does CoolAdapt Active Relief Dry Oil differ from classic SPF oils?
The formulation was designed for users who prefer lightweight SPF products with an immediate refreshing effect during sports, summer days or stays in high temperatures.

What is the difference between menthol and menthyl lactate?
Both ingredients provide a cooling effect, but with different intensity. Menthol provides a more pronounced and faster sensory cooling sensation, while Menthyl lactate has a milder and longer-lasting refreshing effect suitable also for more sensitive skin. CoolAdapt was formulated for users who prefer a more intensive refreshing effect during sports or hot days.

What are pomegranate phytosterols?
Pomegranate phytosterols are plant sterols obtained from pomegranate seeds. Pomegranate naturally contains antioxidants and fatty acids used in modern dermocosmetics to support skin comfort and protect the skin barrier. This refers to the effect of the ingredient itself, not the final product.

Who is CoolAdapt suitable for?

Can I use CoolAdapt every day?
Yes. The product is formulated for everyday use. For very sensitive skin, it is recommended to test the product on a small area before first use due to the more intensive cooling effect of menthol.

How to properly apply CoolAdapt Active Relief Dry Oil?
• Shake before use
• Apply a sufficient amount to the body skin approximately 15–30 minutes before sun exposure
• Spread evenly over the skin
• During sports, sweating or swimming, reapply approximately every 2 hours
• Allow the product to absorb briefly before contact with clothing
• Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes

Important recommendations when staying in the sun
Excessive sun exposure represents a serious health risk. Even products with very high SPF protection do not provide 100% protection against UV radiation.
When staying in the sun, it is recommended to use protective clothing, a head covering and sunglasses. Avoid intense midday sun, especially between 11:00 and 15:00.
Do not forget to apply sunscreen also to frequently overlooked areas such as ears, the hairline area, neck or the tops of feet. Ears are among the areas with a higher risk of UV damage, as they are often missed during SPF application and the skin in this area is sensitive to long-term sun exposure.
Applying an insufficient amount of product significantly reduces the level of protection.

WARNINGS
For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool and dry place and protect from direct sunlight and frost. Do not use on open wounds. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
If the product gets into the eyes, rinse with lukewarm water continuously for at least 15 minutes from the inner corner towards the outer corner. If wearing contact lenses, remove them before rinsing. If irritation occurs, seek medical advice.
Before first use, it is recommended to perform a patch test - apply a small amount of product to a small area of skin, ideally on the wrist, and wait 24 hours. This method may help prevent allergic reactions or hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients in the product.
If an allergic reaction occurs after application, rinse the skin with lukewarm water and discontinue use of the product. If the reaction persists, seek medical advice.
The product contains menthol. For very sensitive skin, it may cause a more intense cooling sensation or temporary discomfort.

Does the product contain fragrances or irritating ingredients?
The product does not contain synthetic fragrances, parabens, silicones or mineral oils. The characteristic fresh scent of the product comes naturally from the menthol content. The formulation was created with emphasis on skin comfort and everyday tolerance.
