What are the products made of?
We use 100% vegetarian and 90% vegan ingredients, preferring ingredients from local suppliers from sustainable certified farms. The basis of our product formulas are organic vegetable oils and butters, extracts from medicinal herbs, 100% natural essential oils and natural fragrances, hydrolates, cosmetic clays and many other beneficial raw materials and valuable active substances.
How to properly store products?
Ideally, store the products in a dry, dark and cool place at a temperature of up to +25°C. Close the products properly during storage, prevent access of moisture, water, air or dust. Natural and organic products are, of course, more difficult to store due to the absence of commercial synthetic and many times dangerous preservatives, but you can prevent the deterioration of the product by proper storage.
Are the products tested on animals?
No, they are not. Product testing is ensured by independent accredited institutions in cooperation with volunteers, animals do not participate in the testing in any case, which is evidenced by the fact that our products received the Leaping Bunny certificate and were approved as cruelty-free cosmetics by Cruelty Free International. We also make sure that the raw materials we use in production are not tested on animals. In addition, the testing of cosmetic products on animals is completely prohibited within the European Union states.
Are the products also suitable for children?
For the specific needs of sensitive children's skin, the products of the Babyphoria line are excellent. This range has been specially tested by an independent accredited institution in France and meets all the strictest criteria that are imposed on products intended for the skin of toddlers and children under the age of two.
Are the products safe to use?
Of course, we place great emphasis on both quality and safety. All our products have been subjected to strict testing by an independent accredited institution before being put on the market and have a cosmetic product safety report.
Which product is suitable for my skin type?

I bought the same product again, but this time it looks/smells a little different. Is that all right?
Slight differences in color, smell or consistency of the same type of product may occur if the product comes from a different production batch. This is a completely natural phenomenon that, despite the same recipe and production process, can occur because of the variety of natural raw materials that we use in production.
